The clothes were created on the basis of a popular concept, the picture with it is in the screenshots. As you know, it was almost impossible to combine it with all animations and even without simulating tissue or additional bones!
I tried to do my best based on the original skeleton. The mod is suitable for both OpenMW and Vanilla without any difficulties. The clothes were conceived as walking or for flying. Or witchcraft.
You know where to find her! For the particularly impatient: player->additem "sm_tel_robe_cl" and "sm_tel_helm_arm"
The mantle was adjusted to these animations, I strongly recommend using them
