"Telvanni Chitin Armor" is a brand new set of chitin armor decorated with gold and exquisite blue cloth, the set is more durable and has a higher armor rating than standard chitin armor. The full set can be purchased by Anruin, the smith in Sadrith Mora. There is also an enchanted version of the helmet if you don't mind spending a good bit more gold. The complete set includes all of the following:
