About this mod
The "Hound of Hircine Ring": is a variation of the "Ring of Hircine", it is a lore-friendly way you can get the power to turn into a werewolf, without even starting the "Bloodmoon" main quest. "The Hound of Hircine Ring" is also an alternate method for a fully embraced werewolf to assume their beast form anytime they want.

"The Hound's of Hircine are the Daedric Princes most powerful and deadly Werewolves, to honor and reward his greatest hound champion following their victory over him in the Great Hunt on Soletheim during the "Blood Moon Prophecy" of the first era, Hircine created the "Hound of Hircine Ring" and imbued it with the same power as the "Ring of Hircine", but ever the huntsman, he knew that his other hounds as well as as other werewolves and even some mortals would covet this power and so his greatest hound champion was hunted not long after and the ring stolen, it has since changed hands many times over the era's, from powerful werewolves, looking to become the beast anytime they want, to mere mortals looking to experience the power of the beast without contracting full Lycanthropy". It is now in the hands of a werewolf preparing to join Hircine's Great Hunt during the coming "Blood Moon Prophecy" of the third era, can you find and strike down this beast to claim the power for yourself? You can find the ring on the "Confused Lunatic" who is found only in Connorflendge Barrow. It can be found on this NPC in both human or werewolf form.
Author's Note- This mod does not in any way alter the nightly transformation script that forces full Lycanthropes to transform every night, it allows you to control your transformations by allowing you to turn anytime that you want, just like "Hircine''s Ring", but you will still have to become a werewolf every night just like in the base game if you're already a full werewolf, however any mods that alter the nightly transformation cycle should be perfectly compatible with this mod. However any mod that changes, adds, or removes anything from Connorflendge Barrow can conflict with this Mod, In the event that you receive a bug or problem getting the ring or you're just feeling lazy you can use the following console command to instantly add it to your inventory, although that kind of defeats the purpose of it being lore-friendly and if you go the lazy route it will still be on the werewolf in Connorflenge barrow so you risk having doubles in that scenario. The console command for the ring is- "Player->additem BM_ring_hircine_hound 1". Also I would like to point out that this Mod is subject to the same bugs that can rarely plague Hircine's Ring from the main expansion such as indefinite Werewolf form or disruption of the Werewolf cycle in Bloodmoon, these bugs are rare but they can happen so I recommend saving before you use it. Lastly once again I want to add that any mods that change the Werewolf cycle shouldn't conflict with this mod unless they change Connorflendge Barrow in any way.
Edit-I have made an alternate location for the Werewolf who holds the Ring to spawn into for anyone who uses mods that alter "Connorflenge Barrow" such as the "Werewolf Better/Realism" mods made by Sabregirl or the like. This Werewolf spawns in "Kelsedolk Barrow" Southwest of "Raven Rock", same rules apply, you have to kill the beast to get the ring, it drops on both the Werewolf and Human form so it doesn't matter what form you fight them in. By the way if you have any mods that change or alter Kelsedolk Barrow in any way it will conflict, other than that all mods should be compatible. I will note that Draugr, Bonewolves, and Undead Skeleton's also spawn here randomly by the game so you may find yourself fighting a Werewolf and multiple undead creatures... But hey, you're the Neravarine, you've fought Gods, Daedric Princes, and the dreaded Cliff Racer, how hard can this be.....
