Initial Release.
Allows the player to toggle various item weight changes via MWSE. Each option can be toggled on or off to fit the unique needs and desires of each player. The vanilla weights of weapons and apparatuses are divided by a number rather than a set value. This number is configurable via the MCM from 2 to 5. All other items have a set weight for their type but can be toggled on or off. Armor isn't covered as weight class (light/medium/heavy) are determined by the actual weight of the item. Currently incompatible with OpenMW as far as I know.
