Warning: Changing the weight has caused an unexpected side effect where armor type (Light, Medium, Heavy) is changed based on the actual weight. I realized this when my medium Bonemold armor and heavy Iron Shield were "suddenly" listed as "Light Armor."
All weights of all armor pieces have been cut in half. This includes artifacts, so if you have mods that modify artifacts, they should be loaded after this one.
If there is any reason a piece of armor should not be altered for whatever reason, let me know and I will fix it. I simply (indiscriminately) changed the weight of every object listed as armor in OpenMW-CS to half its original weight.
Enjoy!
I have added an .esp file in the optional files section for vanilla (non-OpenMW) users. It is untested, so let me know if there are any issues.
