Adds a Character\Race Uguroza to the game.
There might be something that could break him and considering this is my first mod I will not be suprised if it will
"An unknown creature of scrap lands in the recent Morrowind, with unusual high amounts of knowledge and agility, one that seems even technological with a TV for a head and can be a threat to locals if caught unnoticed. Also found drunk and beating up children last Friday. What a shithead."

Has also some special attributes idk i never played morrowind :^)
Installation:
Drop the Uguroza_Character.zip Archive into Morrowind/mods folder and it should be good to go
