A small house built right by (kinda in) Pelagiad. A new NPC has moved in, it would be nice to greet him, though the house was built suprisingly fast.

This is my first plugin for a game, built this in a few hours. the plugin constains a house,1 new npc (might be more in the future),only 1 single room..., Story(will be expanded later),(quests). The house has 1 constainer that respawns so dont put items in containers with names. Has containers that have 200+ space.
