Teleports birds high up into the sky upon entering the cell. If they dare to get close again - gently yoinks them back up where they belong. Specifically tested with "Only birds" (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54373) but probably will work fine on a regular "Where are all birds going".
