Permissions and credits
In the vanilla game, many objects have been poorly positioned in the game world which observant players will notice as being out of place and find distracting, This mod helps improve immersion by correctly positioning these objects, eliminating visual distractions and helping elevate the vanilla game to a higher standard of completion.

The mod has been extensively tested on the open MW game engine over the last 6 months or so, the Mod appears to be compatible with everything,  is not dependent on load order, and you can install or uninstall the mod without adverse effect any time you like. Open MW will re-position objects it can find and will ignore objects it can't ,such as if other mods have already moved the item or if you have already looted or moved items prior to installing PPOF.

This version has not been tested on the vanilla engine , but as version 1.3 is simply more of the same, i am not expecting anyone to have significant  problems with it, as with any mod installing /uninstalling mods during an active game may require you to update your save game using a utility such as wrye mash.

The Morrowind Patch Project.
------------------------------
The mod includes fixes for nearly all the objects reported on the official forums before -2011  for inclusion in the Morrowind Patch Project which was the main community patch for Morrowind back then , MPP never did fix these whereas my fixes for them became the nucleus for the beginning of PPOF accounting for a small percentage  of the total fixes in version 1.0 of my mod.

Patch for Purists.
-----------------
I am currently in the process of working my way through all the reports of PPO's mentioned on the Patch for Purists bug reports , i am about a third of the way through and these are included in PPOF v 1.3 and hope to find and fix  the remainder in the next update for this mod possibly in the not too distant future.

Version History.
----------------

The early versions of the mod were released in quick succession in the middle of 2011, version 1.2  released in July that year re-positioned a total of 190 meshes across the whole of the vanilla game .

Version 1.3 is much more intense and focused in its' content than previous releases,as i have systematically attempted to rid the west side (so far) of VVardenfell  completely of PPO's including all interiors of buildings, egg-mines, bandit caves, burial shrines, Daedric ruins etc, in that area The number of of re-positioned meshes has more than trebled with the inclusion of approximately 450 recent adjustments taking the total  to about 640. The mod is still very much a WIP although the Bitter Coast ,West Gash and Ascadian Islands regions in particular have each received a lot of attention recently, they are not quite perfect but are still a lot tidier than before.

If you know of any PPO that you would like fixing , let me know in the bug pages or the comments, all i need is the name of the offending mesh
and the cell it is located in , i will do the rest. To do this open up  the console in game ,  click on the offending mesh , type in ori  in the command line , and the name of the mesh and cell will be in the displayed information.
