I made a Pocket Utility Room. Loading the mod gives you the spell that will take you there.
Intended for returning players that want instant godmode.

Changelog
v0.2 - You now have to earn the spell! In Seyda Neen you will find the mighty warrior Drederick Tatum.

Simply defeat him in unarmed combat, and the spell is yours!
