A tiny mod which makes Restore Magicka potions easier to make especially in the early game, with a slight rebalance for making Saltrice even better.
It does this by:
changing the effects of Saltrice to Restore Fatigue, Restore Magicka, Fortify Magicka and Restore Health
changing the price of Saltrice from 1 gold to 2 gold
adding Restore Magicka as third effect to Racer Plumes
changing a line in Alchemist's Formulary to reflect this
