In the Seyda Neen Census and Exice office, is a new starter weapon next to Ganciele's dagger on the table. The weapon has custom textures with stock Bathesda Nifskope'd meshes. Also has custom icons and does slightly more damage than the normal iron dagger. Cleaned with TESAME.
