Upgrade low-level jewelry to enchant at the same level as exquisite jewelry.

Tired of being relegated to a single texture for exquisite rings and amulets? Do you have a bunch of low level jewelry you can't bring yourself to sell? This mod allows you to upgrade unenchanted, generic Common, Expensive, and Extravagant rings and amulets for 1,000 gold each. Upgrading a piece of jewelry gives it the same monetary value and enchant value as exquisite jewelry.
In the bottom floor of the Balmora Mage's Guild, you'll find a scrib named Skittle. Speak to him, and ask him about his Background. You'll then be able to pay him 1,000 gold to upgrade each piece of low-level jewelry. The generic jewelry has been renamed with a number added in order to reflect the numbers in Skittle's dialogue menu. (I didn't change the item ID's, so there shouldn't be conflict with any mods unless they change the item ID's.)
I only accounted for the very base jewelry. Any items with a script attached to them will likely not be upgradeable, although the vast majority of generic jewelry still should be. This mod was tested in OpenMW. There are no known mod incompatibilities. Mods that affect the item IDs of generic jewelry or change the Balmora Mage's Guild will probably be incompatible.

Bloodmoon and Tribunal are required to run this mod.

Installation

To install, simply download the plugin and extract it into your Data Files folder.
To uninstall, simply deactivate and remove the plug-in***
***Uninstallation has not been tested. The Upgraded jewelry are separate items added by the mod, so uninstalling will delete your upgraded items.
