I really like bishopt's Better Steel Armor: Better Steel Armor at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com)! I tweaked it just a tad to produce a sharper and more detailed texture. You don't need the original mod, and there is no esp to replace, just copy the textures over. Create a backup if you might want to revert. Enjoy!
