The sunken shack is a run down house in the dock area of Hla Oad. Go get started, go to Hla Oad and ask about the latest rumors.

Requirement is just Morrowind Base game. Only tested with OpenMW.

This is the first mod I upload and I really appreciate any feedback, from spelling mistakes to bugs. It's about two minutes of content and the mod is probably super dirty. I made it mainly to try out the dialogue window in the construction set.
