Buy Azura's Star from Ajira in Balmora's guild of mages. Requires to have completed Azura's Quest. So you can collect all the souls and display the ones you don't use in your house mod.

Defeat enemies and dishonor them further by collecting their soul and display them at home. and some souls are to big for grand soulgems and this let's you collect them all.
you have to complete Azura's quest and not fail it.
alternative for black soul gems, which i think is great but requires several mods and leaves you with the option to trap NPC souls.
maybe will add crafting option in tel meskoa, but for now here standalone.
