I love concept art replacer for Vivec, but I use vanilla bodies so i made a mix-match of assets and modified a couple of things for a personal use of Vivec.
I am no modder, but since I spent some time to do this, here I share..
So, this is a pluginless replacer for Vivec.
Just Added fire on the head thanks to meshes found in optional files of She Vivec - Randomly swap Vivec's gender (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45201) thanks to Hidronax (p.s. endorsed ).
Then added Textures from MET and tweaked colors of the eyes and mouth, then created glowing maps for the eyes et voila... ah! almost forgot.. I also changed slightly the color of the flame (I don't like blue flame... reminds me Ades of Disney... :) and the green flames match better with Concept art Palace... that I love!
