Indybank TR

This is the original Morrowind banking mod, Indybank by Indestructible, updated by me to include TR.
- Banks in Vivec, Balmora, Gnisis, Vos, Sadrith Mora, Ald Ruhn, and Suran. Branches on the mainland in Firewatch, Helnim, Old Ebonheart, Andothren and Hlan Oek. (Basically, everywhere that seemed like it might be lore appropriate.)
- You can deposit and withdraw money, get loans, and keep your valuables in a Safe Box.
- Loan Sharks in Balmora and Sadrith Mora and Old Ebonheart.
I have kept it as the Bank of Vvardenfell - partly because I didn't want to potentially break anything that relied on the naming convention, but also because in the Real World, it's not like previously regional banks haven't expanded..
And why did I make this? Because even though TR have included some banking facilities, it is pretty restrictive, both in terms of locations and who can have an account.

Place the two ESPs into the Data folder.

Compatibility:
I have included a separate compatibility patch for TR to remove some clutter. (I have made this separate so it will be easier to update if/when TR change things again in these locations.)
Probably not fully compatible with BCOM - I have never used it so can't comment..
