This mod provides PBR maps for Wareya's PBR core shaders for OpenMW 0.48.

This mod is for OpenMW only. It will not work with the MGE-XE PBR Prototype.

 Included are the 2X vanilla resolution textures from my 'For What It's Worth' mod (Morrowind Nexux 49547) overwritten by the 4X vanilla resolution textures from the same mod. Wareya's core shaders are available here:

First make a back-up copy of OpenMW's default core shaders. The location of these is dependent on your OS. I am familiar only with Windows 11, Look in  C:\Program Files\OpenMW 0.48.0\resources\shaders to find them on Windows.

Install Wareya's  core shaders as instructed in it's documentation.They go into the same folder.  No edits are needed--Use as is!
Although no edits are needed, some have reported that things are too shiny. This can be fixed by editing the lighting_pbr.glsl file. There are two lines:
   #define PBR_AUTO_ROUGHNESS_MIN 0.35
   #define PBR_AUTO_ROUGHNESS_MAX 0.9
Just make both values equal. I use 0.62.

Install this mod as you would any other texture mod.Enjoy... or whatever...

The media above were made using this mod and the Vanilla Land and Lougian's Landscape Retexture  patches and the ported to OpenMW MGE-XE shaders by Akortunov and of course Wareya's core shaders, unedited. Akortunov's shaders are pinned in the OpenMW discord shaders channel. These are not required for this mod.

It is recommended that you use MOP for the UV corrections it contains. It should make things look better.
