The OXM Challenge for Morrowind was a save file challenge released by the Official Xbox Magazine in 2003. It was a treasure hunt for Xbox players that involved locating four custom enchanted items hidden somewhere on a small island off the Bitter Coast. More information can be found on UESP.
I have reimplemented the challenge as a short quest so that you can experience it on your own character rather than needing to load up a save. Look for an NPC named Phantom on an island west of Seyda Neen to start.
