Bethesda actually made a texture for Dagoth Ur's face. It's a copy of the face of Ash Vampires but more weathered. It seems it wasn't to be used because it was obscured with different parts of the texture. I used the Ash Vampire face to bring back the hidden parts of the face (see images).
Unfortunately I had to get rid of the head tracking feature from the model as it made it clip through his body. (this means Dagoth Ur won't move his head in the players direction)
New third eye bone! He will open it when casting spells or dying.
Made using Blender (with niftools), Nifskope and Gimp.
