About this mod

This mod changes racial bonuses and birthsigns bonuses to make them both more balanced while still lore-friendly. Now each race and birthsigns has some strong aspects.

I created this mod for myself, but decided to share it. Maybe someone will like it. 
I was annoyed how in Morrowind some races didn't stand out for anything {Imperials}, while others like the Nords were just OP, same with the Birthsigns. Some birthsigns in vanilla were just stupid, but they affect only PLAYER as NPCs do not use birthsigns. 
The mod changes some fundamental issues.
1. no race is fully immune to anything. Frost MAY kill a Nord. Posion can kill a lizard. 
2. Every race, regardless of gender, now starts with 50 points of speed and luck.
Birthsigns are now very important and each has its own thing. Some, like Atronach, were not changed at all.
