It had bothered me that for medium armor wear, the legion quest givers ignored the dragon scale set regardless of the fact it was stated/identified as Imperial.

It had bothered me that for medium armor wear, the legion quest givers ignored the dragon scale set regardless of the fact it was stated/identified as Imperial. So I made a quick change after seeing it was only an inclusion in larger patch style mods.
I do not know if this is lore friendly or not, and it should not interfere with anything else.
Tested with OpenMW 0.48, and Vanilla.
To Use:
Simply drop it in your data folder, check it off on your list of Data Files.
If you are using it with an existing character/save file, you may need to remove and wear the armor again for the check to be recognized by the NPC.
