Tel Isatumu adds a new small island and a Telvanni village that contains a tower, an inn, and multiple houses. The village is home to 33 original NPCs, a few creatures, and the location of a small quest. Most merchants in the village have more gold than the basegame ones. This mod requires only Morrowind and its DLCs.

This mod started as a exercise in level design/game writing, and ended up being a polished and tested project. This is the first version to be published. It only requires TES III: Morrowind and its 2 DLCs, and it should be compatible with other mods since it does not modify any basegame item nor does it adds textures.
It invites you to visit the village-island of Tel Isatumu and to interact with its many inhabitants. The quest included in this mod is mostly atmospheric and can be resolved without fighting. The village itself is home to multiple merchants and traders who have more gold than the basegame ones.
To put it shortly, this mod adds to the game: - 2 exterior cells (the island of Tel Isatumu) - 11 interior cells - 34 NPCs with dialogue - 1 quest with 2 different endings
To travel to Tel Isatumu and to get the quest, find the one named Apprentice Nial at the Caldera Guild of Mages. He is the quest-giver, and he provides transportation services to the village. Then, to go back to Vvardenfell without using a Recall or console, speak with the captain at the docks. The village of Tel Isatumu can still be accessed once the quest is finished.
