Shabby Balmora Labor Town by DimNussens & Lucevar
Replaces several of the buildings in Balmora's Labor Town slum with cracked, run-down versions made by DimNussens. Also adds broken, badly-maintained cobblestones to the street that Caius is on.
Optional Plugin:
If you'd prefer not to have the cobblestones, there's a version without them included in the download.
