Journey into the Sheogorad region to find the home of a Clockwork Apostle who fled the Clockwork City with some advanced technology after Almalexia's attack, in this short prologue to the Tribunal expansion.
The quest can be started by going north west of Dagon Fel (on the same island as Dagon Fel), where you'll see a small Dwemer structure on a beach, with some clockwork gears attached to it.
It is a short of prologue to Tribunal, foreshadowing the events to come in that DLC for characters who have not reached it yet.
