Key Scroller by Merlord
This mod lets you use Up/Down keys or W/S keys to scroll through vertical scroll panes.
Only applicable to scroll panes which have an "active" button that you can cycle to. So dialog window etc do not count.
The W/S keys will not work if a text field is active.
