I created this as I recently did a heavy armour playthrough and was frustrated when I quickly discovered all the top-tier heavy armours are completely unfeasible unless you dump a lot of points into strength.
The UESP article on Daedric notes "[...]that a full set of Daedric armor (not including helm or shield, which combined add 60 pounds) weighs 294 pounds, still over half your total encumbrance at 100 strength, and requires at least 60 strength to wear without becoming over-encumbered." This means that even if you manage to find a full set of Daedric armour, you will be punished for using it by it either over-encumbering you or taking up the majority of your inventory capacity.
The problem makes even less sense when you consider that Daedric armour is canonically made using Ebony, so there is no reason why it should weigh so much more than Ebony. However, even Ebony is extremely heavy on its own, coming to a total of 206 weight units. This effectively means that unless you are specing heavily into strength (something that is not really feasible if using a mod like CCCP or GCD), you will only be able to wear up to Steel and Dwemer armour until far later into the game.
With all that said, I took it upon myself to rebalance the weight of 123 items, including every single of Daedric and Ebony gear, Her Hand's equipment, and a large number of unique items and artefacts.
A full list of the mods changes can be found in the included excel spreadsheet. I would've posted it in the description, but Nexus does not support posting BBCODE tables.
