Fixed errors in the parameters of throwing weapons. Throwing knives, darts, and stars now have different stats. Makes thrown weapons usable.

Permissions and credits
Thrown weapons are present in the game, but are useless. Although the throwing speed is higher than that of bow shots, the actual damage is too low at any stage of the game. The fact that the damage indicated in the description in the game is twice as much, since the projectile is also a weapon at the same time, does not save the situation in any way. Also, many parameters of individual weapons do not fit into the game logic, but have not been fixed by patches.
All this may be completely uninteresting to you, but NPCs periodically use throwing weapons, which plays in favor of the player. I tried to solve this problem.
All thrown weapons now do more damage than bows and arrows of the same material, but this extra damage comes at a significant cost. An expensive bow with cheap arrows still has an advantage in damage and shooting cost.
Throwing knives are capable of inflicting the most damage, however, they require maximum swing when thrown, are expensive and have a significant weight. Throwing stars weigh little and cost less, deal good damage without requiring a strong swing, and make it easy to keep the enemy at a distance. Darts are located in the middle. They have the most damage when fired quickly, but they weigh more and cost more than stars.
All weapon stats have been adjusted according to the quality of the material they are made from, however there aren't many changes as each item usually has some of the correct values. I tried to match the original game as much as possible. Enchanted weapons have also been fixed. 
Tribunal completely breaks the game logic. Some darts are capable of killing almost any enemy in a single hit, and cost nothing. I have increased their cost so that the player can understand their value, but this increase is not enough to reflect their power. If you are using mods that fix this madness, place them after mine.

Iron Throwing Knife. Wheight 0.30 -> 0.4. Value 3 -> 7. Damage 1-3 -> 1-10.

Steel Throwing Star. Wheight 0.10 -> 0.20. Value 3 -> 8. Damage 2-5 -> 5-9.
Steel Dart. Wheight 0.20 -> 0.30. Health 150 -> 50. Value 6 -> 10. Damage 2-5 -> 6-10.
Steel Throwing Knife. Wheight 0.30 -> 0.40. Value 4 -> 14. Damage 1-4 -> 1-11.

Silver Throwing Star. Wheight 0.20 -> 0.15. Damage 2-5 -> 5-9.
Silver Dart. Wheight 0.20 -> 0.25. Health 24 -> 30. Value 6 -> 20. Damage 2-5 -> 6-10.

Glass Throwing Star. Wheight 0.10 -> 0.15. Value 20 -> 1600. Damage 2-9 -> 7-11.
Glass Throwing Knife. Wheight 0.20 -> 0.30. Value 25 -> 2800. Damage 1-6 -> 1-13.

Ebony Throwing Star. Wheight 0.20 -> 0.40. Health 900 -> 150. Damage 2-10 -> 8-12.
Ebony Dart. Wheight 0.40 -> 0.60. Health 60 -> 100. Value 2000 -> 2500. Damage 2-10 -> 9-13.

Daedric Dart. Wheight 0.40 -> 0.90. Health 90 -> 150. Value 4000 -> 5000. Damage 2-12 -> 11-15.

Steel Throwing Flame, Shard, Spark, Viper Stars. Value 3, 9, 6, 6 -> 10.
