What it does;
It makes some damage changes, and adds a merchant in the cave beneath Fatleg's Drop Off in Hla Oad. The merchant is Fiona Elevenclaw, and I really suggest you not agitate her. She'll only deal with friends(disposition check of 80), being a part of the Thieves Guild will help. Her stock simply consists of a bunch of the shootable version of Dwemer coins. She has a key for her chest on her if your feeling brave, and the chest is protected by a really nasty trap. Be aware, if you take from her stock, she will lose the ability to restock whatever you took. You're choice, but it may be used to limit the availability of the coins for yourself, if you feel the need.
READ THIS!
There are two(2) versions in the file. The reason is I personally play a heavily modded game, geared toward the difficultly being set to +100%. The main file also increases the damage of the Dwemer coins(cursed ones too), and the axe/gun. I realize this may make the gun too overpowered for others. So, I included a version that does not have any damage adjustments. For you purists out there, the no damage adjustment(NDA) version is for you. Either one is fine, but DO NOT use both. They contain identical records, and are therefore mutually exclusive.
Anyway;
If you haven't had the pleasure of laying out some filthy n'wah with a high speed coin projectile, you haven't lived the good life!(lol) But seriously DOUBLEBREWSKI, I feel, really handed us a gem. My mod just make's it more convenient to use.
Enjoy!!!
Requirements;
Morrowind.exe
Tribunal
Bloodmoon
4th Dwemer Gun mod
Note;
No matter how hard I tried, I could not make my mod dependent on the parent mod. IDKY? But rest, assured it IS strictly reliant upon it.
Installation;
Unzip the file into a separate folder. Pick which version to use, drop it in your data files, check the box in your favorite mod manager.
Load order is important in this case;
Morrowind
Tribunal
Bloodmoon

Or however it goes for you. Use Mlox for the Dwemer gun placement, just make sure my mod loads DIRECTLY after as shown.
Failure to do so may result in your computer refusing to bake you brownies, do your laundry, and/or take you on a date. Now if you have a computer that can do all of those things: holy crap, where do I get one? But seriously, it needs to be this way.
Permissions;
The parent mod does not have open permissions of any variety.
My mod has is an addon. No asset/s from the parent mod are directly used. Therefore, I believe my mod to be free of permission need from the parent mod author. If I am in error, this mod will be removed upon proof I am in violation.
I'm providing open permissions for my work, provided credit is given where it's due. And of course, free of charge including paywalls or commission work. Because that's just the way it should be for mods in general, in my opinion.
Credits;
DOUBLEBREWSKI, for the parent mod.
Myself, (Rev Elevenclaw) for this addon.
Bethesda, for our love/hate relationship.
The entire TES modding community for obvious reasons.

This mod is clean, stable, fully tested, and, inherently conflict free.* If you encounter any issues just let me know.
*(Any mod drastically changing the lower interior of Fatleg's Drop Off may require relocating Fiona and her set up in the cs.)
I'd like to say thank you to FIMzzZzz. Your help on The Nexus Forums made this mod within my ability to finish.
Special shout out to my wife, for loving me no matter what!
