Adds an NPC to the South-East corner of Solsthiem after the conclusion of Bloodmoon that will give you a weapon after some questions. Depending on your answers, you will get one of two weapons.
If you just want to skip the Bloodmoon questline to test it out, you can run the following in the console: Journal, BM_WildHunt, 100
