Summary: Add's better equipment and items to Sjoring to make him a more credible threat
What this does:
Gives Sjoring a full set of adamantium armor plus one or two extras to make him a tougher fight.
Why?:
Sjoring just plain sucks. Unlike every other Faction leader he isn't a credible threat.
How to Install:
Simply install the relevant .esp
