This is a very simple mod that adds a use to one of Morrowind's many miscellaneous items; the muck shovel. You now need to have a muck shovel in your inventory in order to harvest muck.
This adds a script to Muckspunge, so it may conflict with other harvesting mods. However, a patch can be made to fix these conflicts if needs be.
