- added back in the vanilla experience gains, shifting some of the experience gains there, to reduce the frequency of these skillbook popups - forced matching skillgain gamesettings (load after hardcore mode mod) (because they are hardcoded) (choose any version you like) - nerfed magicka cost refunds: 66% -> 40% (till level 100), plus 16.6% till lvl 200 -> plus 40% till level 300
