This mod adds commission ledgers to the Imperial Census and Excise Office in Seyda Neen.

Мод добавляет в здание Имперской канцелярии налогов и сборов в Сейда Нин книги учёта прибывающих на остров.
Judging by the contents of the office cabinets, the main tasks of employees are to eat, drink and dust dishes.
So this mod:
- Replaces the cupboard in Ergalla's room with a stationery rack.
- Adds books of account of the commission of the Imperial Census and Excise Office for 424-427 of the Third Era.
- The books do not contain specific data, but an observant player will be able to trace the dynamics of immigration to the island in recent years.
- The books are provided with the seals of the Imperial Chancellery (old and new).

Судя по содержимому шкафов канцелярии, основные задачи служащих - есть, пить и протирать пыль с посуды.
Поэтому мод:
- Заменяет посудный шкаф в комнате с Эргаллой на канцелярский стеллаж.
- Добавляет книги учёта комиссии Имперской канцелярии налогов и сборов за 424-427 годы Третьей Эры.
- Книги не содержат конкретных данных, но наблюдательный игрок сможет проследить динамику иммиграции на остров за последние годы.
- Книги снабжены печатями Имперской канцелярии (старой и новой).

1.1 The textures of the seals are replaced by Russian ones by ИерихоN.
English textures are left as an option.
