Version 1.0
Initial release of base mod and merchant add-on
Odai Manor - A Balmora Player Home
This is a simple mod that adds a large manor in the western portion of Balmora in the lower district between the pawnbroker and the outfitter.
You will be able to purchase the home for 5000 gold from the NPC in front of it, Cedrane Rolant, upon reaching Journeyman rank in the Blades. He will not speak with you until you reach that rank.
This mod does slightly tweak terrain of the area and moves various buildings to make room for the large new building, so I wouldn't expect it to play well with most any mod that changes Balmora outside of the waterway. Likewise, groundcover mods will not play well with it as there will be some floating groundcover and various clipping issues with groundcover.
Aside from that it's a very straightforward mod that I made for my own personal use but I certainly hope that y'all enjoy it as well. Cheers :D
