This is a very simple mod that allows you to manually set the race variable used for dialogue. To do so, speak to Ergalla in the Census and Excise office about "my race" after Chargen.
What this means is, whenever the PCRace global is checked, you will be treated as the race of your choice. Handy if you make or use mods that add custom variants of races that exist in lore, like Khajiit variants, or races that could be RPed as vanilla races, e.g. a custom halfling race you want to treat as a Bosmer.
By default, custom races get their PCRace global set to 0, which can either lead to no custom race dialogue or minor issues (such as if a mod has an NPC talk about your race and filters to all the vanilla races, but does not have an entry for PCRace 0)
This will not change dialogue that refers to your race via %PCRace. But it will change lines that refer to your race via the PCRace global (for example, all voiced greetings/combat barks do this)
It will also not effect dialogue that filters via the SameRace function
I just made this because I wanted to play a custom race that could be treated as a Dunmer and it is more convenient this way than looking up the list of PCRace numbers to change via console
