This looks like a brilliant mod… I have an issue, though…
Whenever the esp files are ticked in my load order (I use Mash), upon loading my save I get the following error message:

Unable to find cell id "Sealock Charter" in script AG_GH_Buildtostage 2.

After that, my game shuts down.

Simply load this .esp very early in your load order.
That should solve most error messages like that.

OK, I'll give it a shot and report back, thanks

      EDIT
Yep, that appears to have done the trick, cheers!

I got the same exact error - thank you for listing this so I could find it!

Is this safe to install in a current save or does it require a new game save?

Is the mod incompatible with TR simply because of the changes to the terrain in mainland areas? If so, I can see how making a patch for that would be annoying. Might be worth it to just move stuff around in the main version.

This mode doesnt make any terrain changes, but TR might make terrain changes itself, which might place certain containers in odd areas. I simply have not tested it with TR yet, I dont know how incompatible it is really. though I fully intend on working on a TR patch soon. It's simply a matter of reviewing all 500+ containers and making sure they dont conflict with any tr landmass changes. I might also have to create a whole new swath of containers so the tr portions of the oceans so they are equally dense with containers. I say "simply" because the process itself isnt difficult, just time consuming and will require a chunk of dedicated effort. I fully intend on getting to this very soon it's very important for me to have this compatible with TR & to have that done promptly. Stay tuned & happy treasure hunting.

If you do make a TR expansion, consider expanding the effort to all bodies of water so that the patch doesn't need to be maintained as often as new landmasses are released. I do believe TR is working on Dreugh citadels and such, so I don't know if the ocean floor will stay the same. I'd actually reach out to the TR team on this one!

Very good call to create this mod. It was something that was absolutely lacking in the base game. I love the fact that I will bump into some of these containers even if not actively searching for them. Endorsed it! Thank you for creating it.

I hope you have fun finding them.
Yeah I myself cannot find them all & I placed them. It really is fun to run into them.

Mods like this that reward exploration are a win in my book. Great idea for a mod!

I'm glad you like it. Yeah it's a mod I've been wanting for quite a while. With the modjam theme, now seemed like a good time. Also I'm looking forward to trying out your Search for the White Wave mod. It looks awesome.

Great idea, neat implementation. I liked this a lot, and it reminds me of the "Loot well urned" mod I played some time ago. Such mods are especially valuable over time, when people seek new sensations from Morrowind.

Thank you. yeah there's no way anyone (including myself) will find all 500+ containers. While playtesting it was fun to try & find them. I know I passed by so many while actively looking for them & I had just placed them myself. haha.

Ooh fantastic idea! I would love a version that has compatibility for TR and OAAB Shipwrecks, and Uncharted Artifacts.

Combined with this mod that would make the ultimate underwater treasure hunter combination :D

Thank you very much. The mod is already compatible with Uncharted Artifacts.
I plan on getting to all the patches soon. I agree an ultimate underwater treasure hunter experience would be amazing.
