As stated I modified Encumbrance to be 1000, although that may not be so for every Race but with this mod it should be at least close to 1000.

Then this adds 3 new Scripts that I made for the game one that will add items to your Inventory called testadditems

The Second one called testaddmagic adds spells to the player.

The 3rd script called TestSetStats once run keeps the modified stat changes of Health, Magicka, and Fatigue as permanent even after you save your game exit and reload Morrowind and then reload the save as long as this esp is still enabled. Something that normally the game does not save. However this also creates a new perhaps better GOD Mode as those Stats will not decrease while this script is running. Also don't try changing your Attributes like Strength using the script it is only meant to keep the Health, Magicka, and Fatigue changes permanent for
playing through the game and it will prevent them from increasing when
you add points to the Modifying Attribute that normally would add more
points to your Health, Magicka, or Fatigue.

To Install copy the esp to your data file and enable it in your mod manager

To remove delete the Esp. Be warned some things may permanently effect your saved game like spells or items you added using these scripts.

In order to use these Scripts once you enable this Esp you have to open the console and type one the codes below and press enter

Player-> StartScript "testadditems"

Player-> StartScript "testaddmagic"

Player-> StartScript "testsetstats"

Note the AddItems and AddMagic scripts will only run once and will play a thunder sound and show a brief messages box explaining what they do but the SetStats Scripts once Started will still be running whenever you Start Morrowind and load the save were you started it from and these all can be used with a new game or even an already saved game.

The Current Additems Script Gives you Daedric Armors, a Daedric Short Sword, and Daedric Tower Shield. There is no Helmet, cause Daedric Helmets in the game are enhanced. I also lowered the weight requirements of the Daedric items in this Mod.

Then I also added a New Spell or rather Ability of the Fortify Attack Effect, called Fortify Attack and set it to 100 so you can hit a target and kill them like in Oblivion. There are other mods that make better use of this effect but they are not needed unless you want to cheat further and never miss.

The Current Spells added by the AddMagic Script are

        cure blight disease
        cure corprus disease
        cure common disease
        cure poison
        levitate
        resist common disease
        resist corprus disease
        resist paralysis
        resist poison
        water breathing
        water walking
        common disease immunity
        corprus immunity
        immune to disease
        immune to paralysis
        immune to poison
        Blight Disease Immunity
        invisibility
        strong resist corprus disease
        strong resist poison
        strong levitate
        great resist common disease
        greater resist poison
        great levitate
        great resist corprus disease
        fortify attack

This is Mostly for Mod Testers and well probably Modder's because you will likely want to open this in the Construction Set and edit the scripts for you own desire. I didn't see a point in creating a forth script that would modify the Attributes as you will still want to level up in the game and if you maxed your attributes you wouldn't be able to.
