Simply add a data= line to your openmw.cfg that leads to this mod's data files folder. For example:
"D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Nexus uploads\mudskar"

Move the .esp in to your data files folder
Move the folder from the meshes folder in to your data files->meshes folder.
