Author notes
If I'm unreachable for 6 months or longer, feel free to re-upload or modify this without my permission. Do not reupload this mod or edits if they are sold to the end user for money under any circumstances, even if I am unreachable. Donation Points or an equivalent system where the end user does not have to pay but the mod author is compensated by a third party are fine.

Keep track of your hoard, keep reminders, and insult NPCs behind their back with incredible, expertly designed tooltips. Look at the pictures to get an idea, it's really not that complex.
Features:
Open the tooltip menu by pressing K (can be changed in the MCM) while looking at any NPC, door, container, item, or anything else with a tooltip. From here, you can add a tooltip which will show up beneath the name whenever you look at them/hover over them in your inventory.
Remove tooltips by pressing the "Remove tooltip" button in the tooltip menu. No prizes if you managed to guess what this button did before looking at the description.
Add temporary tooltips that will automatically be gone after the current game session, once again from the tooltip menu.
Use the C key (or anything you change it to in the MCM) to mark an item as "collected". After an item is marked, any other copies of this item which you find will have a green "collected" mark in their tooltip. Useful if you're a deranged hoarder such as myself. The green mark can be removed by opening the tooltip menu on a collected item and pressing "Remove tooltip".
And that's it, really. It's just the tooltip.
Compatibility Will probably conflict with anything that radically changes tooltips - it works fine with Tooltips Complete, but if you use Quickloot, tooltips will not be visible on containers. I'm not aware of any other compatibility issues, though they no doubt exist.
