You can now buy a house in Andothren, the biggest Hlaalu port on the Inner Sea added by the Dominions of Dust release of Tamriel Rebuilt.

This mod adds a purchasable house in the city of Andothren which was added in Tamriel Rebuilt 22.11 release.
To buy a house, ask a citizen about Andothren. This should give you a topic about buying a house in the city. Not every NPC will give you the answer suggesting this topic, so you'll need to try several people first. Eventually, you will be directed to Dreynos Helvi, steward of Hlaalu Council Manor. The price is affordable, but be ready to spend several thousand gold coins.
The house waits for you on the northwestern edge of the city, near the water. It's two-story and has furniture. But it lacks any light sources. I made this deliberately, so the acquisition of new property will be a bit more hardcore. You'll have to buy lanterns and candles yourself and decorate your new house as you see fit.
Additionally, a lot of misc items are scattered across the house by the previous owner when they moved out. This is another challenge I wanted to give to the player -- to manually clean up your house and repurpose or dispose of anything you'll pick up from the floor. When you'll be done, I hope that you will have a feeling that this house is truly yours now and you deserved it.
