This mod, by Duncan, imposes increasing penalties for low fatigue, starting at 60% of maximum. At 0% fatigue, characters faint for a few seconds.

There are two possible ESPs to choose from, but I cannot recommend using the Tribunal version, because it gives the "Tribunal has changed since this file was last saved" message. Remember to speak with "Douglas" in Seyda Neen to make sure this mod works correctly.
