This is a rework of the effect creation menu Morrowind uses for Spellmaking and Enchantment. Features include: 1) Arbitrarily high magnitude, duration and area limits. Similar to the MCP patches, but fully configurable by the player. Now you can finally create those 500 ft spells you've always dreamed of! 2) Replacing sliders with text input fields in order to reduce clicking. 3) Copypasting values between different effects. 4) Keyboard shortcuts - CTRL-click Paste to not close the window, TAB/SHIFT-TAB to cycle between text input fields, ENTER to save the effect and DELETE to delete and a few others. 5) Fixes a minor vanilla bug where editing already created effects and cancelling the edits did not properly cancel your changes. Most of the mod is configurable, with the notable exception of the keyboard shortcuts.
The mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't touch MenuSetValues - I've done some minor testing for issues with Magicka of the Third Era and Invisible Spell Effect Library and found no real issues.
