Every hour a check will be done on your 8 armour slots. This is done by a global script. Shield is excluded. For each slot occupied by heavy armour you wil gain 0.125 strength.
This means that if you are wearing a full set of heavy armour you will gain 1 strength point. This sometimes works out as 1.something because of the way the game's float numbers are inaccurate.
In practice all this means is occasionally your strength stat in your character menu will appear to have increased by 2 rather than 1. This happens more frequently in vanilla than it does in openmw.
A messagebox will appear when the hour hits telling you exactly how much you went up by.
Your base unbuffed strength will never be made to exceed 100 with this mod. This mod is safe and has been extensively tested in both vanilla morrowind and openmw.
Strength curses and blessings don't pose any issues and will not break this mod.
TIME SPENT IN MENUMODE IS NOT COUNTED TOWARDS THE HOUR.
The hour will continue from a save and not be reset. For example if it has been 30 minutes since the script last checked your armour slots and you save then reload this save it will only be 30 more minutes until it checks again.
