Summary:
The Museum of Artifacts' display tables are being damaged by the weight of Stendarr's Hammer, so they're looking to sell it! Should you buy the hammer, you will open a new questline. Be warned, eyes are watching the museum and the hammer. (v1.01)

Morrowind & Tribunal

Edits; Spoiler Safe!
v1.01, (Features a moderate-height randomizer for the spawned npcs!)
-The spawned npc's script has been further optimized for "fair randomization", looting and removing the corpse(s).
-Added a drain attributes ability from 0-10 that is used to counter-balance the fortify attributes from 0-15 ability the spawned npcs use. Each ability is first fortified from 0-15 and then drained from 0-10.
-The spawned npc's abilities are added on spawn giving better results and not bugging the onscreen enemy health bar resulting in it showing more or less health than is really there.

v1.00,
-Added 1 new quest and journal entries.
-Altered the Stendarr's Hammer dialogue.
-Created quest npcs who all recieve random gear.
--I've ensured that the spawned npcs use "setDelete 1" and "dontSaveObject" to reduce their impact on character save file size.
-The anvil in Hilbongard's Forge is replaced with an activator using the anvil texture/mesh.
-Created 5 scripts to handle everything.
