Keepers!
A Morrowind.exe + MWSE-Lua mod by abot

This mod obviously does not work with OpenMW and I don't use/support OpenMW so please don't ask.

Marks with a suffix character (! by default) items you may want to keep/avoid selling, including:
- keys counted/used to open something in game
- player items counted in dialog filters
- other player items counted and removed from scripts/dialog result

If you are using UI Expansion, you can easily filter them entering ! in the search field.

The importance of marked items (keepers) may vary (e.g. some arrows could be marked just
because they are counted and removed by a script replenishing player ammo),
but lots of them could be items required to progress some quest.

Keepers items should be updated automatically if mod loading list changes (a loaded mod size/name changes).

Log items button will enable logging Keepers to MWSE.log so you can copy/paste the list from there.

If needed, Reset configuration button can rescan all items when you exit and re-enter the MCM panel.

This full scanning of all loaded mods is also done automatically on first mod run (so it is normal if it takes
some minutes in a heavily modded setup) or when Data Files\MWSE\config\abotKeepers!.json file is not present.

Note that if you are already low on memory and have a huge loading list the full scanning may fail,
so better to re-enter the MCM panel after restarting Morrowind.exe.

Suffix (!) can't be added if the item name is already at maximum allowed length (31 characters, game limit).

Items potentially counted by MWSE-Lua mods code are not detected, that task is too difficult for my knowledge.

If you choose to not add the suffix, it should be removed from item names on next configuration reset.

This option is just something mostly meant to be used if you want to uninstall the mod, because
without the suffix you will be able to tell keepers from normal items only in the MCM panel list.

And no, I'm not going to make fancy/heavy things like displaying a special icon for keepers items,
the suffix is fast, small, and easy to filter in UI Expansion, so if you hate the suffix this mod is
probably not for you.

By default some mods (e.g. those using a bunch of ingredients in recipes like NOM) / items (e.g. gold)
are skipped.

You can tweak them if you want changing the itemsBlackList/modsBlackList in configuration
they should be easy enough to understand/tweak.

Changelog:
v1.01
- entering the MCM panel is no more required to update loaded mod list in configuration
- tweaked exclusion of blacklisted mods
