About this mod
Increase the power and duration of dunmeri saints and the Tribunal shrine blessings. Also change them to fit more to the lore of the saints.

I made this mod because I feel the shrine blessings are too short, a little bit too weak, some of them are outright useless (Meris and Nerevar's blessings are useless), and some of them does not fit the saint (Aralor was a villain, not the most personable. Felms was a warlord, not a healer). Special shrines from pilgrimages, Imperial Cult shrines are not changed.
Should be compatible with OpenMW. Not compatible with mods that edit the effects of the same shrine blessings (duh).
