Adds new banners displaying the relevant lord's surname to Ald'Ruhn's manor district so you can actually tell what manor is which without having to approach the door.

Adds new banners hanging above the doors of the manors under-Skar in Ald'Ruhn, textured to look like vanilla banners so they blend right in. Also adds some red lanterns outside of the Morag Tong guildhall to give it something to identify it with.
