these are just some changes i made to the tools of kagrenac.
Sunder: weight reduced to 30, drain fatigue 1 pt. changed to fortify fatigue 10 pts.
Keening: weight reduced to 6, damage increased by 10 points for each attack type.
Wraithguard: weight reduced to 10, health increased to 490, resist blight changed to fortify strength 20 points, reflect increased to 30.
